This prayer request is from Charles Albrecht who manages the GCI Church Administration and Development office in Glendora, CA.
My mother Bonnie Albrecht, who lives in the Dallas area, was taken to the hospital last Wednesday with excruciating pain in her legs. They determined that she has a bulging disc causing a pinched sciatic nerve. They sent her home on Thursday, but she basically became immobile over the weekend and was readmitted on Monday. They are continuing to run tests and will be looking at physical therapy.
I would appreciate your prayers for her, for my Dad Kenyon, and for other supporting family members.
Cards may be sent to:

You and your family are in our prayers.
Hello Charles,
We will be praying for your mom, Bonnie. Our moms are very special to us, and times like this causes much pain to us as well. I pray for healing, and comfort for her to endure this pain and to see God’s intervention immediately.
Take care and God bless,
Eugene

Hello Charles ~ Grace and I will keep your Mom in our fervent prayers for her healing and comfort. We’ll also pray for your Dad and all the extended family. We know that when one member of the family hurts, we all feel the pain. Best wishes to you and Susie, too.
We know your parents well, Charles, and love them both as dear friends. Thank you for letting us know about your mom. We surely will be praying…

Hi Charles, May God quickly intervene with His great compassion for your mother Bonnie and comfort and strengthen your dad Kenyon and energize other supporting family members as they offer their time, energy and resources. Please be encouraged that we go with you and yours in prayer and will pass this along to our prayer teams. Your bro and sis, Tom and Alberta
I have been immobilized twice with disc issues like this and I know the pain. It does get better but can take time and consistent adherence to therapy. Prayer and healing are the best tools, but therapy does make a difference. We pray for the entire family as we can identify with this ailment!
The family is in my prayers! Wishing a Speedy recovery and wise decisions on how to treat it. My sister just went through her 3rd back/spine surgery and it is not fun. I have started going to a chiropractor with Generation Chiropratic and it is starting to help me. My spine/neck was out and twisted causing my nerves to heart/lungs, etc to be pinched. This chiropractic practice comes from a natural/healing process to get your body correct and not from a drug/surgery viewpoint. I have family and friends in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area who go to some of their locations.
Blessings on everyone!

We love your parents! Such sweet people. Ed and I will be praying for Bonnie and for Kenyon and for your whole family.
Bonnie and Kenyon are so dear to our hearts. Yes, Ed and I will be praying for all of you, but especially that Bonnie will not have to suffer this pain.
