Death of Jim Carlisle

We are saddened to learn of the death of Jim Carlisle, father of Brian Carlisle who pastors Living Hope Christian Fellowship, the GCI congregation in the Washington, D.C. area.

Brian reports that his father was peaceful and comfortable to the end and had all his children at his bedside when he passed from this life to the next. Brian thanks all those who have given him support and comfort in this difficult time.

    Sharon and I are so sorry to learn of your father’s passing. We know how long he had suffered with his health issues. Thankfully you were able to be there and have had the opportunity to be an instrument in bringing him to an understanding of God’s love for him.
