I think it would be good to include Communion/Lord’s Supper as one of the purposes for Church. It is the sustenance of the church. Even if we only have it as part of the service once a month, it is a key aspect of the purpose of church that when we eat the bread and drink the wine we do it “in remembrance of Jesus”.
Hi, Al. I agree. Communion, and all the sacraments, are important practices that are formational for the Body.
