Very inspiring! I have a special spot in my heart for the role of senior citizens in our fellowship. There is so much I feel that the “old guard” can still contribute. It is my conviction that a truly healthy church should be intergenerational. In our western society we tend to compartmentalize relationships into special interest groups. While there might be upon occasion a place for such an approach I think it to be much better when young and old learn from one another as they live in a closely knitted and interdependent community.
