Thanks much for sharing this presentation. Here in Germany, for obvious reasons, the 500th anniversary is a major event. Reformation Day will this year be celebrated as a federal holiday. Luther is undoubtedly a huge historical figure and his contributions have significantly influenced Protestant and evangelical understanding and theology. His translation of the Bible helped standardized the German language and was used as a guide for translations in other tongues.
