As somewhat of a Bible software aficionado I can only confirm the Logos 7 choice. It is, in my opinion, the finest software of its type available. As an alternative it might also be worth looking into e-sword. It is another free Bible software. Over the years the available add on modules have expanded considerably. While Logos 7 is “top of the line” it can be “above budget” when adding their vast option of resources. Then there is Accordance, WordSearch11, The Word, Olive Tree, etc.
There is plenty out there for every budget and study level.
