Our daughter Heather demonstrates a “little advent” as a single mom and in serving others in her HR career. An HR related example occurred yesterday and inspired Nancy to pray with our daughter, “Thank you, Jesus, for what you are doing through Heather.” She willingly participates with Jesus in serving others even when they cause her distress. God’s unconditional love in action.
